The over night stay was very nice. All the desk employees were excellent

Wasnt the room it showed on website.The room had a smell when we first came in.

It was good. Bathroom counter top was busted. Blow dryer was missing. But over all it was clean. Dinner was over priced but good.

The AC sounded like an air plane prop and kept usup half thenight. The management did nothing.

While I was at work the next morning after a late night check-in, a maid knocked loudly on the hotel room door, demanded my wife's name, then said she wasn't on the guest list and had to go. My wife called me at work frantically asking me to resolve the situation. When I called the front desk, I explained I had made a reservation online, and was told they didn't have time to look it up and confirm and they'd try to verify my reservation later. I explained that the maid thought verifying our reservation was urgent and had told my wife she had to leave, so I thought the front desk should take a minute to verify by looking it up on the computer. During my lunch break I drove to the hotel and a manager apologized for the inconvenience and assisted the front desk associate in finding my reservation and confirming myself and my family were OK to stay the rest of the weekend. The room itself was comfortable and the pool was nice. Breakfast was minimal but that's because of COVID - every hotel I've stayed at recently has suspended hot breakfasts and all hotels are only offering small snacks in a to-go bag.

No one to greet you at the desk room was not very clean

Friendly staff,clean quiet room after a long day traveling was greatly appreciated.

It was a nice hotel, but communication between the front desk and staff was off. It took speaking to a member of the cleaning staff to get our room serviced when asked.

Rooms were clean. With COVID they still have grab and go breakfast which was nice. Front desk people for check in and check out very nice. Rooms are not sound proofed very well. You can hear anything going on in the hallway.
