Hotel Zetta San Francisco

Very accommodating staff. Super cool hotel.

Check in around 730pm was made very easy by Joseph! He was very welcoming with easy conversation and offered to help with hotel and city info. He helped us make a late night reservation to Marianne’s speakeasy, connected to The Cavalier restaurant just next to the lobby. The room was equipped with everything we needed and more: Illy coffee, bottled water, Wireless charger, multiple outlets in convenient locations, and Alexa. The bathroom was clean but the shower had a little bit of mildew. Love the products (shampoo, conditioner, etc)!! We will def stay here again, as the hotel is located centrally to shopping, dining, and nightlife. The Cavalier is one of our fave restaurants: great food, great cocktails, and the speakeasy is a chill spot for a nightcap before retiring to bed! Next visit we plan to make use of the on-site game area, giant Plinko, and VR!

I love this hotel and have stayed on my last two trips to San Francisco. On both occasions, we were able to easily walk to restaurants and performance venues. This time we went to a concert at the Regency Ballroom and last time it was to see Hamilton at the Orpheum Theatre. All areas of the hotel are clean and well maintained, the rooms are well appointed, and it is quiet. The staff have been kind, helpful and knowledgeable. It's perfect for us and is our new go-to spot.

The hotel is hip and modern, with interesting artwork throughout. The Cavalier restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent food.
