Friendly front desk. Easy check in. Perkins restaurant next to the hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Only issue I had was with the tv; kept shutting off and went two days without it. The morning/afternoon staff was very helpful, unsure of his name but every time I had asked for help, he was right there!

Rooms were way too cold. Heat would not go above 68. Switched rooms thinking that would hep, but the room was the same. The toilet always has to be flushed 3 times everytime.

We stayed here for soccer games for one night. In the midst of Covid the rooms were not cleaned well. We had several rooms that the heat either didn’t work or the air didn’t work. The service was poor. The cost of the room was way too expensive for the accommodation.

Night desk clerk on duty 5:45 AM was rude. I will never stay there again.

We checked into the hotel , tv didn’t work . Got moved to a different room , was a suite - separate rooms For tv and bed - not what we wanted . Got moved to another room - ac didn’t work . 80* when we went to bed . Didn’t go back to the desk because everyone seemed to be down there with a problem ....oh , and The internet didn’t work . Yeah . Also , the rate I was charged on my Check out receipt was $20 less than what Expedia charged me !!!!! I will be calling .

This hotel was goid for the time we were there. Because of Covid, i was aware that things would be different. No worries and i still cleaned the room when we got there for my peace if mind. It all was fine except for the weird smell in the room.

The rooms are clean and the employees are friendly.
