Hotel cancel our reservation

Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfy bed and pillows. Overall good stay. The only problem is that on hotels.com it was indicated “free breakfast” but when I got here, I was informed that no breakfast was being served due to COVID-19

The primary disappointment was that the pool was closed. We would have made different arrangements if we had known. There are other hotels in the area who still have open pools through the COVID pandemic, and I feel it was false advertising to not mention that the pool would not be available. Additionally, the sheets and towels were stained, and we found hairs in the bed.

I was disappointed to find out the pool was not open because that was one thing we really wanted to do during our stay there. Also, the outside door next to our room was not working properly and front desk said they called maintenance to come fix it. I don't think it ever got fixed. The room smelled musty.

Nice and quiet

Staffs are very kind and open to any question. I don't see any problem during my stay.

It was very clean and in a good location. The only thing was that we could hear the neighbors as they got up early to leave.
