Park South Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt

Everything! This is my new go to hotel in NYC. Carl at the front desk is amazing, helpful , engaging and hotel is lucky to have him. Lobby library area with fireplace, perfect for any waiting or just a place to have coffee and read the paper. Restaurant on site delicious for breakfast and full for dinner so must be great. Great bathroom!

Excellent location and very clean rooms. The customer service is great special the Dominican guy at the hotel entrance.

Smart boutique hotel with a moody lounge area to sit and relax or talk off lobby. Room is small but efficient and tastefully appointed. High end experience!

We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to NYC in Feb 2020. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning and evening doormen were always there to greet us and help us which was nice. Rooms were clean but could use a little touch up. Location was fantastic as the 28th-Park Avenue subway was right outside the door on the corner. Also, fantastic bagel shop a couple doors down. Easy access by taxi to and from the airport. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Easy walking distance to Midtown sightseeing attractions.

The late check in was painless. Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Ongoing constrution nearby (feb 2020) i would call and ask. Room was a bit small but suitable for a short stay

Clean room with all the necessities you would need in a trip. Good location with friendly staff. The room was on the smaller side, but was spacious enough for our stay.

This was our first time visiting New York. I liked having a doorman and everything was in close proximity to this hotel. The room was not big, but it was comfortable and clean.
