Quest Southbank

Location is great. Room size is excellent & having a balcony & kitchen is great. Also being able to close the bedroom door so the hallway noise doesn’t disturb was a bonus. But...the hardest beds & then the softest pillows with absolutely no support left us both with aching backs the next day. A small ‘pillow menu’ would be amazing for those who prefer a latex or more supportive pillow & would have made all the difference. Also the room reeked of curry - which would normally be ok but it was so strong it got into our clothes. Leaving the balcony door open didn’t help to clear the smell.

Stated there would be water in the room on arrival but there was no water. Otherwise room great, bed really comfy.

Location, convenience and size. Fully self contained with kitchen and laundry to make longer stays very comfortable.

This was our first time to Melbourne and we weren't sure where to stay but Quest Southbank was perfect. Great location for walking everywhere - to tennis and to CBD. The apartment was PERFECT, roomy and clean, had a nice balcony, comfy bed, big kitchen. Plenty of room. Helpful front desk
