Comfort Inn & Suites Fairborn near Wright Patterson AFB

I feel sick now, hopefully i did not get a covid. The room looked clean, but the bed had some dirt in it, which could of be cleaned, so i think they dont clean their beds. I feel like i have a fever, hated staying there for just one night. The ac was very loud, the room had some smell like old smell, i asked them many times to give me a room which wasnt used at least for two three days. The door handle was broken, hard to open or close. also there was on screws on door handle. There was no body wash. I was told that they dont have water in the room or vending machines dont work, so i can go to a gas station if i want water, how could a girl at night go to a gas station to get water? why? That is only the way they protect from covid they say,, no breakfast again just to protect from covid, this is all lies, they need to clean their rooms and sheets for a protection not a having any service

It advertised a free breakfast but they did not have one.

The room was clean. Check in was easy. Breakfast was great. No issues with our stay and everyone was friendly. Stayed there for our Robotics tournament. We would definitely stay there again. Easy access on and off the highway to our designated place. Great value.

Clean and friendly staff issue checking in good locations

My boyfriend and I rented a room for two nights. New Years Eve and New Years Day. We had planned on having a romantic getaway. When I checked in I asked for a room away from other people so we could have our privacy. The first room I went into the bed was a mess and there were water bottles all over the room, obviously it hadn’t been cleaned. The second room I went to, same story, the bedding was thrown all over the room and it hadn’t be cleaned. When I when to the front desk for my 3rd room the lady at the front desk said “I know this room is clean”. And I went up to my 3rd room. Everything seemed fine. I noticed a bottle of liquor in the refrigerator, but that was minuscule in comparison to the condition the other rooms I went to first were in. Fast forward to 11:58pm on New Years Eve, my boyfriend and I are having an intimate moment and this older couple comes barging in yelling and screaming, saying “they gave away our room”, great, fine, but please wait outside while we make ourselves decent to get your things for you. No such luck. This couple forced theirselves in and retrieved their items while we basically just sat there in shock naked under the covers. The night was completely ruined. I received a refund for one of the nights. That makes the situation a little better, but it still doesn’t make up for what happened. I had to go to three different rooms because of cleanliness, to end up having a couple old enough to be my grandparents walk in on me having sex.

We were the first reservation under the new management, and we were very pleased with out 5 night stay while we were visiting family. We met the new owner during check in, and he was very nice. As well as wanting to make sure our stay was great! We we would highly recommend.

The first room I got appeared ok until I got in the bed and there were yellow stains on the sheets. The breakfast was so nasty and the waffle battler tasted sour and old.
