Noisy and room temperature could not be controlled with thermostat.

Hotel was ok. It worked for a quick overnight stay.

Good hotel for the price, although condition of the room not that awesome but still very good staff. Breakfast was also good

IT WAS A NICE HOTEL

The ENTIRE staff here is absolutely amazing and always friendly with a good attitude. I always feel welcomed, at home, comfortable and safe. This is the only hotel I stay at whenever I go home from Michigan to South Carolina and back. Plus they take dogs but my room never looks or smells like most hotel pet rooms. I love this place!

Short business stay. No frills, dated and questionable surrounding but okay once you are inside.

We arrived late in the evening and nobody was at check-in. I had to wait 25 min for someone to show up to learn we had no room and we need to move next door where we had also issues checking in because computer was not working. The whole process took about one hour after we had a long drive there so frustration was at max. Lobby didn't look clean to me and I had no idea hotel is allowing pets so that was an issue also as I have an allergic child to cats so I was glad we did not have to stay there.Disclosure was saying we have to pay 150$ cash that I never heard of before so that will be another thing people should triple check.

The hotel was not nearly as clean as I would expect for this brand. Would never use this hotel chain again.
