Radisson Blu Hotel, Biarritz

Poor little effort made to support guests bed was not conducive to good nights sleep room facilities poor no mention of whether b,fast was included after asking reception and in dining room confirmation was included on check out tried charging to which I refused. definitely not worth The cost we stayed I much better for half the cost the fact it’s location is good in Biarritz will not carry the day

Lovely hotel, centrally located with very helpful and personable staff members. Our double room was very clean and surprisingly spacious.

Outdated, mold smell, pool closed. Nice helpful staff at reception

The service here was surprisingly awesome! Sometimes when I travel in a Europe I feel like they aren’t super accommodating- but here at Radisson- they were superb!

Superb Location and access to the local town. Roof top pool and bar have fantastic views of the bay.

The pool was nice but no shade or umbrellas. Water was too warm!
