Sink clogged Asked for a coffee maker for over an hour

Our stay was a good value with excellent accommodations. I was especially impressed with the service given us when we had a need for documents that needed to be printed. Our desk clerk was extremely helpful.

When I arrived receptionist was not wearing a mask and did not wear during our conversation. The badge on the parking was not working and they did not pickup the phone when called and didn’t even apologize when I mentioned this to them. The pillows in the room were extremely uncomfortable. The heater was not heating enough and room was cold. Will never book this place again

the hotel is nice, My only issue was the booking. Bought on Hotels.com specifically with Parking and WI-Fi included, I double checked and paid a little extra for it. Apparently the booking came through with out . Hotel tried to charge me again for both Parking and Wi-Fi. It was a pain to get straight since Hotels.com does not list those items on the confirmation weather you buy them in advance or not. The hotel was nice about it but it was a hassle when I parked AND then later when I needed the Wi-Fi and took a few trips to the front desk.

Very nice property and location. One blemish was they didn’t have the room I paid for via Expedia, which is fine, but they didn’t tell me up front when I checked in. I didn’t realize that I did not get the larger suite until I entered the room. They initially offered a partial refund but that amount was less than the difference between the room I originally requested and the room I actually got. Keep in mind the upgraded suite which I originally booked was double the size of the room I ended up getting. Marriott staff did comp my parking for the headaches.

Excellent!!! The room was clean and spacious. Me and my wife had an amazing time.

Disappointed in our stay. Maybe chalk it up to Covid but they didn't have any restaurants open or room service. It was difficult to get fresh sets of towels or any service to clean the room.

Definitely a great place to stay for a family, couple, or solo highly reccommend this place only 2 problem i did have was due to left over drinks in the fridge from previous people that stayed in the room and missing shampoos, notified the front desk and they took care of me which shows their great customer service other than that it was a very great experience.

Stayed here with 2 other families & even though we all booked separate times, they were accommodating in getting all our rooms next to each other. The pool & lounging area was really nice, the kids especially enjoyed it. I like how their hours open early & close late for the amenities that are open during this pandemic. Having a Starbucks in the lobby area was a plus for me as well. Location was perfect for us as we needed to go to San Diego Zoo & Mira Mesa for another event. Everything was within 15-20 miles from us. Rooms were spacious & clean. Would stay here again.

I called and asked about the pool and spa before we booked our room due to the fact we were just biking a staycation with the kids to get them out of the house for some swimming and fun. Very disappointed when we arrived and went down stairs to swim and the spa was not in service. No swimming for us which was the point of getting the hotel room.
