Club Wyndham Branson at The Meadows

The stay was great! The actual check-in was very organized and went smoothly, it’s curbside to help prevent covid. After check-in you have to go to guest services to get some kind of rubber arm band , to let them know you are from the resort. I was in line behind 1 other family , I was the lone adult with 3 small kids @ 10 o’clock at night , and the counter next to us had six employees all talking amongst each other, about guest they didn’t like or making fun of people , it was rude. I asked if they could help since I was struggling and they said no they were for owners only. I asked if the 5 other people could help an owner if 1 helped me, one woman rolled her eyes at me and said owners only again. Malicious compliance at its best! A man that did owners only helped me ,gave me a bracelet and a map of resort and activities. It took less than a minute. I asked them not to contact me while I was a guest because I definitely would not be an owner after being treated like that and hearing the way they talk about others. Quick trip and great change of scenery for me and the kids!

Very nice rooms and quiet place. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was I booked 2 rooms at the same time and they didn’t put them near each other. They were in fact in different buildings. Even after I called and requested they be together. This was very inconvenient as we were vacationing together.

Great property for family vacations with lots or ammenties and services. Plan to return next year.

Everything was good except no bedding for sofa bed. Didn't realize until bed time. Called to have bedding brought up and took over 2 hours at least. I finally went to bed at 1 and still no bedding. Kids had to cover up with towels.

Great property. Clean, close to attractions, lots of resort ammonites.

Raining 10 o'clock at night check in , keys don't work. No hot water and would not move us to different room, it's midnight. Not move b/c it was not an emergency??? Tried next morning to fix , no success. We are wasting our trip time. It's now about 11pm. We were moved to a nice condo/suite. Ohh I forgot abort the brown recluse in sink. We return again raining and keys do not work. We wait 15-20 minutes for someone to bring a new key. The only person that had an ounce of customer service experience, knowledge was the maintenance gentleman. I apologize I do not remember his name. However he should be teaching your staff customer service. We did really like the young professional girl who checked us in. When your guest calls and says their is no hot water .... The response IMMEDIATELY should of been, we will find you another room , give us a few minutes.

the bath room fan didn't work. It got smelling worst with the fan on.

This was the worst experience we have had staying at a hotel or resort. Our door lock failed locking us out of our room for almost 2 hours as we were freezing cold and wet because we were just at the pool. Once the lock was fixed we were treated like criminals until we could “prove” that it was our room. They actually wanted to go through our room, into my wife’s purse to get her ID without us being there! Finally, after all that the sofa bed mattress had a 6 inch spring sticking out of it that they couldn’t fix! Overall a horrible experience!
