Plantation Hale Suites

Staff was not very friendly. Hotel had a horrible view of a wall. Beds were very hard.

Room smelled VERY musty. Was dirty. Pull out couch had no blankets and was like sleeping on the floor. Was told we could have a blanket if we go get it from the office, ok no big deal. Was told there was WiFi but no WiFi password was posted in the room anywhere. Wouldn’t not stay again.

Spacious, but kitchen and bathroom need renovating. The bedroom and living rooms are nicely furnished. Also, house keeping didn’t really clean, make beds or straighten up. They simply replaced towels, emptied trash cans. Great location. Beach right across.

My stay was fine - I am not overly satisfied but mainly because I didn't realize it was a suite type of hotel. I travel a lot for business and prefer a single room - I don't need a full kitchen and two rooms. If I were to come stay at my leisure then I would really enjoy the room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. But I am afraid next time I come on business I will stay elsewhere.

The apartment was comfortable, but the kitchen needs an appliance upgrade. The pots were terrible for cooking as well as the old stove. The balcony was there but it was too noisy being next to the highway to enjoy sitting out there. It was a good location for getting to and from the sights of Kauai.The whirlpool was not warm and the pool was icy cold.
