La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lebanon

When I checked in I was very disappointed to learn that face masks were not required in common spaces for employees or guests. Since the staff was not wearing masks I felt the need to wipe everything down and spray my room. As I was doing so, I found several hairs in my bathtub so scrubbed that too. Unfortunately, the noise from the highway was very loud and kept me awake.

My family feels this hotel stay was great overall the room looks great it was able to accommodate a family the service was great everyone was nice and friendly and welcoming the hotel was very clean and well-kept we do plan on staying at this hotel again the next time we’re in Nashville

The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly. They are still offering a hot breakfast. My only issue is that if you book through a 3rd party they charge a $150 fee upfront at the hotel. It is hidden in the very fine print on this site. Also, if you use a debit card there is a chance the money will not be back in your account for 14 days. I am used to a hotel taking a card for incidentals, but never have I been charged upfront. There is a Comfort Suites next door, same quality of hotel that is around the same cost with no upfront charge.

Bathtub needed renovation. Really old tub and fixture. Weird because the rest of the room looked newly remodeled. Had to unplug the refrigerator because it was so loud.

It was so easy to check in staff wad so friendly and the place smelled so clean when you walmed in! Had a nice breakfast the next day. I would definitely recommend this place it is a reasonably priced place.

There was no hot water some back mold in bath

Nice property although it does need an update here and there.

Something about being able to laugh with check in staff that lets you know that you picked the right place to stay over night.

Great location and was clean and nice. Bed could’ve been softer and water didn’t get really hot. But room was really nice.
