Residence Inn by Marriott West Springfield

Service was fine. VERY LOUD party on our floor all night long. Frond desk did respond when we finally complained.

The only problem I had was they charge you 20 dollars to park in the parking lot and I wasn’t informed they just charged my card when checked in

This is a very nice hotel but it seems as if there where people living there and I mean whole families. Was very disturbing because i was celebrating my fiancé’s birthday! Burn marks on the carpet cabinets damaged. Bed was Comfy. There was no ice machine and no one at the front desk during the night. It was an overall good stay minus the condition of the building !!

Rooms smells like cigarette.. and doesn’t fells clean

Kitchen light didn’t work. Toilet always runs until you jiggle the handle.

Everything was great, had no issues. They need to add garbage cans to the rooms.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms offers a lot of space. The front desk employees were very friendly. I didn't like the breakfast nor coffee but something they really need to get better on the housekeeping.

Evrything was nice and clean. Great service whenever we needed something. I didn't like only the fact that there's no jacuzzi.
