NH Brussels Airport

Hotel was very clean, adhering to Civid 19 restrictions rigidly. Menu limited but thats understandable in these times great to have shuttle service to airport. Also they allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm.decor if hotel was really modern. Reception staff very friendly.

male receptionist behind the counter with the shirt on top of the trousers and with tie. Same staff member asked me to come to reception when I asked for new batteries for the not working remote. he said that he could not leave the desk due to covid, not even leave them outside the door. spoilt night for sure!

It's a very modern hotel, clean and neat. The airport shuttle service was good (though they shut it down around lunchtime for some reason) and all the personel were very nice, especially the front desk employee, Mohammed. The gym and sauna were under construction when we arrived and we were disappointed after a long day's travel. He didn't hesitate and gave us a couple of free drinks in the bar to compensate. When we realized that the in-room heating was not working he was up in less than 2 minutes with a portable heater and apologies. This hotel is around a 4 start but his attitude was 5 star.

Clean and modern, close to the airport so very convenient

I arrived and checked in at 12 pm after two long flights. They are having a massive construction/renovation. The drilling and hammering noises were unbearable. I went down and asked them. They told me the workers will be done by 4.00 pm. I had to get out and could not stay there because the terrible construction sound. Came back at 4.00 but the workers did not quit before 6.30 pm. Needless to say I was exhausted and couldn't get any rest until 7.00 pm. I think they are being dishonest not to even mention that when one books the hotel room. Will never go there again.

I stayed here for one night before flying out of Brussels airport, and it served my needs for this purpose. Overall it's a nice hotel and was very clean. But be aware that it's not near anything, so if you want food, you have to order from the hotel. It was convenient to the train station (basically across the street) and the trip to the airport took under 10 minutes. BUT we reserved the airport shuttle with the front desk for 5am (they took down our names and everything), and came downstairs that morning at 4:57, and the woman behind the front desk had already let the shuttle leave! What is the point in making a reservation if the hotel does not honor it? We along with two other hotel guests then had to wait for a taxi to take us to the airport. Not very professional!

Clean, calm an appropriate price. Good service at the desk and restaurant.

This hotel had ongoing construction work in the morning interrupting the guest sleep. Poor housekeeping as they tried to come in my room even though I informed them that I did’t want housekeeping. This was not acceptable. This hotel has poor customer service.
