La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairborn Wright-Patterson

The staff was great! My room had absolutely no smell of smoke and was impeccably clean. The only thing is that the hotel is in bad need of maintenance repair, specifically re-caulking of shower and A/C unit, and exterior door locks and closures. I mentioned it to the head cleaning lady and she assured me that it will be taken care of.

This was the most disappointing stay I have ever had... the room smelled like dogs when my family and I walked in the door. In the process of getting ready for bed my daughter had a used bandaid attached to her blanket. Since it was late, we just threw it out and all just went to bed. During the night the refrigerator kept waking my wife. The next morning, we were awaken to the smoke alarms going off and have to evacuate the building. Fortunately it turned out to be some really burnt toast from the breakfast area, but not fun at 6:30am after a difficult nights sleep. In process of getting cleaned up we realized how filthy the room was... mold in the toilet very bad hard water stains in the tub, piles if dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. We attempted to eat breakfast, but lost everything was gone and what was there clearly had been sitting for sometime. The only savings grace was when I raised my concerns the manager who came in due to the smoke alarms sounding offered to refund half the cost of the room but ended up crediting the entire stay. While that is very much appreciated, I’m more concerned of the status of this hotel and will second guess before I book another LaQuinta Inn.

Side door was broken and anyone could walk into the hotel at any time. I was told that it locked when it was dark, but no one even checked. The. I was told that nothing could be done about it. We had several young girls staying there for soccer that likes to hang out in the halls and lobby and someone could just walk right in unseen

Have always liked this hotel! A bit rundown -carpets need updated. Very clean!! My only complaint was the fire alarm going off at 6:30 am due to what seemed like burnt toast. Otherwise great hotel!!

Very clean and updated facility. Service was good and the room was easily accessible and quiet. Excellent hotel.

Like staying at a dog pound. Pet friendly is one thing but being awakened at 7am by barking dogs is over the line.

Stains on the sheets, bugs on the carpet, and the hallway is repulsive. It took me 10 minutes to check in, and not a soul in the lobby was wearing a mask. The employees are kind, at least. That was it’s saving grace.

I’ve stayed here before when I came through town a few years ago to get my pup. Everything was fine. NOW- I will not be staying here again. The room and property were disgusting. Trash everywhere, inside and out the property. The carpets in the halls hadn’t seen a sweeper in months. The bed seemed clean, which was a relief, but that was the only clean thing. There were dirty boot prints all over the tile floor, the shower and shower door are clearly not cleaned between guests, and the bathroom in general was in disrepair. Things falling apart, construction hack-jobs, and just plain dirt. I suggest that your money is spent elsewhere. OH, even though they advertise “individually wrapped items” for breakfast, we were thrilled to find out that they wouldn’t be serving us any breakfast at all. Go elsewhere.

It felt like a safe place to stay But They could have cleaned up the trash at the side door

I did not like the set up of the suite. There was no door separating the living space from the bedroom, overall cleanliness was not great and the position if the king bed was in direct view of the living space’s TV. This was difficult because the televisions were the same model and was able to be controlled by the same remote.
