Greensprings Vacation Resort by Diamond Resorts

It was amazing we booked for an extra night that’s how much we enjoyed our selves! Both units were exceptionally clean and beautiful!! It’s a wonderful area the ladies at registration was so nice and helpful I would definitely recommend this resort and also the booking site! Extremely satisfied thank you so much!

Wonderful establishment

We have stayed here many times in the past and enjoyed the resort. Each time we have been it seems to go further downhill. Issues with cleanliness, loud guests partying late at night, uncomfortable beds, and several maintenance issues. It is really a shame as this used to be a place we loved to stay at. Hoping in the future they will make some improvements.

It was better than I expected. I will stay here again and bring the family.

Parking is free but there are not designated spots so it is difficult to get a spot near your condo. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

It was okay after we changed rooms 2 times

The room above us was javi a party. They were smoking pot in the hall, blasting music and stomping art until 3 am. We made 5 or so calls to security before the noise stopped and we were able to get about 4 hours of sleep.

The room was great! The other clientele were... interesting. It seemed like the place was full of people living there rather than vacationing, which is fine, but their chosen activities were slightly off-putting. Maybe not so family friendly.

For a resort, this place had very little to offer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were roomy but the bathroom floors had not been mopped in a while. They were filthy! The counters hadn’t been wiped down. There was some dried on substance on it. The table also had a crusty substance on it. In the foyer there was garbage and empty beer cans. In COVID times that’s just irresponsible! In any time it’s disgusting. Check out was 10:00 am which is early by most hotel standards. They deprogrammed our key cards at 9:30 which made loading our car extremely difficult since someone had to wait by each door. Very disappointed. Oh and get this. The listing said two pools but only one was open. There’s and outdoor pool and an indoor pool. It’s December! Guess which one was open. The outdoor pool. But of course it wasn’t really open. No amenities were available.
