Stay was Great Quick Easy Check-in would stay again

Great location in south Lethbridge. Covid 19 measures on check in but not in the breakfast area. Very few food items were left unattended to be touched by guests. Coffee stir sticks not individually wrapped.

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, Covid meaures in place for sanitized common area.

Was somewhat surprised not to see any masks being worn by staff or guests which is entirely different than here at the Comfort Inn in Regina

My stay here was great. Staff was friendly (I had a very late check in), room was clean and they had “grab and go” breakfast in the breakfast room in the morning that was fully stocked of easy take items so that everyone could still eat and be socially safe with Covid-19 pandemic still happening. Also, the price for this was definitely on point for me 😊

It was okay considering the circumstances (physical dista ncing). It was a trip that we had to make. The coffee was good and the breakfast was adequate, they went to some effort to get us something we could take out. That IS commendable for these times. The front desk had a list of places that delivered, which we were highly grateful for. They might have wiped up the dog foot prints in the elevator, but that's just me. It was the quality that we've come to expect from a Comfort Innnnn

Felt like we had the title to ourself with the pool and gym. The room felt a bit dated but overall comfortable.

did not use continental breakfast provided; was fine. Even with two pillow choices, I still need to take my own very flat pillow, which is personal preference, and does not reflect the quality of this stay. rooms are spacious enough. had two luggage racks, love that it was a coffee pot, not single cup brewer. Check in was great. Location perfect for us.

The shower did not work properly - there was no way to turn the shower head on.
