Hilton Garden Inn Overland Park

They stay was less than satisfactory. We waited with 2 small children in our car as sign on door said “back in 30 minutes, doing parking lot inspection.” Waited 40 minutes and finally called in and the person that answered the phone sounded half asleep. Finally go to our room, tv didn’t work. Hot water took 20 minutes to heat and the coffee pot didn’t work. Called hotel to complain and while the front desk attendant was nice and seemed helpful the points she offered to give me on my Hilton Honors card have yet to appear 2 weeks later. Will never stay again.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff

The desk attendees was very prompt and friendly... The thing I didn't like, was there was no clean towels offerd to be replenished during the housekeeping rounds.

Was okay. Not as clean as I would expect from Hilton. A car alarm in the parking lot going off all night and the staff didn’t do anything about it sadly tho I’m not sure what they could’ve done

Stay was great. Only issue is there WiFi didn’t work.

Great location. Very quiet. High level of cleanliness. Close to eating options and smaller malls. Comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Staff was excellent.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice. I would recommend.

Great location. High standard of cleanliness & service. Very clean and sanitized room. Great water pressure, comfortable bed, Herman Miller desk chair! everything was great. Due to Covid-19, no restaurant servicer..but that was an element out of mgmnt's cpntrol. I'd recommend this particular Hilton Garden Inn highly.
