Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi

Lovely historic hotel, great welcoming staff. Decent breakfast, the only issue being a very dated bathroom and shower that was a nightmare to work.

I selected from Trivago, this hotel clearly I confirmed one room Two person, but during the booking the system wrongly put ONE person ..... the consequence was It was requieres to pay more than 100 euros during the check out..... i

Bathroom shower not draining ,mold on tile so they moved us to another room no questions asked,this one was updated,no problem except no hot water in the morning and they blamed on the town. The ac was shut off in the middle of the night,woke up sweating so bad I thought I was sick checked ac and is blowing hot air ,Rome daytime temperatures were 99 degrees and no way to regulate temperature in this room,complained again and 3rd night was just bearable Beautiful hotel until you get to the room Would never stay there again

Very dated decor bathroom hand held shower, tap handle came off. Breakfast very poor at best I would rate this hotel 2 stars

STOP. Whatever you do, do NOT book this place. Don't get charmed by the "palazzo" in the name. The place is run down, the rooms do not have real AC, but rather a portable noisy contraption that requires you to keep the window open, and deal with traffic noises as well. Wifi is terrible. The breakfast is poor and hideous. There are far better options in Rome. They do have a parking (which I needed) and location is convenient. Service is good, but doesn't compensate how bad everything else is.
