Super 8 by Wyndham Mount Laurel

They say the rooms are remodeled but they put in a new bathtub in a new sink they didn't paint very much and the doors and some of the walls are absolutely filthy. It snowed while I was there two days in a row and they didn't do a good job of anything but cleaning off the sidewalks the parking and the driveways were not cloud properly right next door is a property that was absolutely pristine with plowing and everything cleaned out and it was the same price as the rooms at this hotel.the people at the front desk were amazing and helpful and friendly and kind and responded to every request but the property just didn't hold up to cleanliness or comfort

Used needles every where in room. Disgusting filthy place. Fieces on Walls. Holes in blankets. Beds are filled with bugs. Microwave and fridge is disgusting. Smells like pee. Doors don't lock. Needles in places you could get poked accidentally. Constant fighting and arguing from other occupants. Please do not stay here. Place is disgusting. You will regret it. And the fact they have jacuzzis is soooooo gross lol.

It was a good stay jus didn’t like the stand up shower

Very spacious room. Clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

One employee to handle check-ins, check-outs, phone calls and help desk matters producing relatively slow service. Elevator had unsafe broken tile flooring. Room itself was average.

Bathroom fixtures falling apart needs to be updated. TV didn’t work properly for the first part of our stay.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The pillows smelled like cigarettes and the ac unit wouldn't stay on longer enough to blow the air around. I have stayed here three times and thought it would get better. I will now try somewhere else.

I found dirty underwear in my first room offered, the tv didn’t work nor the wifi. they gave me a second room without even offering some kind of reimbursement for the disgusting discovery. In the second room which was literally one door down from the first, the tv also did not work nor the wifi. They only had one shower towel and no working phone service to call down for more from my room. The next morning I found the house keepers cleaning up the first room they gave me, meaning even though 12 hours ago i complained about nasty undergarments no one thought to go clean until the next day. The manager then offered me ANOTHER room, and only HALF of my money back. We get to our third room after a day in the city, just to found our toilet does not work or flush and no one there to help or switch our room YET AGAIN. even though it clearly wasn’t going to get any better no matter what room they gave us. I would’ve like a full refund.

Easy from the online process to the nice lady at the front desk. Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere.
