Quality Inn Mishawaka near Notre Dame

Great for a quick overnight trip

My husband and I stayed here after an event at Notre Dame. The bed was comfortable and the small bathroom was fine as we just slept there and left. Breakfast was so so, but okay for the price we paid for the room. My husband noticed some brownish water coming from the tap while taking his shower.

Nope Nopeity Nopes

I did not enjoy the weird noises coming from the wall… our room was the last room on the bottom floor and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When my boyfriend turned the shower on, yellowish brown liquid came out. The covers had burn holes in them. The microwave was dirty, and it was nasty. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It was okay there. A little run down. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t give me a later checkout time. They weren’t booked, and I just needed an extra hour. I was in town, unfortunately,for a funeral.

Sleep in your car if this is the only place in tow

It’s totally ran down and there are people living in the hotel. There are people around there that are clearly addicted to meth and/or other drugs. The towels were filthy and over washed and should be replaced. The doors look like apartment doors on the outside and beaten up. People up all night, it was like being in a drug house. You would expect the location to match the accommodations, but I will sleep in my car if this is the only room available. There was a guy from housekeeping yelling at the lady at the front desk when I was expressing my complaints which was very unprofessional and rude. I felt like I was a resident at a mental health facility. I will never book this location again. The owners of this property do not care and I overpaid due to it being a Notre Game home game weekend. This is a $39 room, not $200

We had a miscommunication about whether or not we had booked a second night and the desk/mgmt seemed to have little interest in working anything out with us. The property looks it’s being remodeled but didn’t look good nor did the room (hole in the blanket on the bed). Just looked run down overall. We stayed our night across the street at the Country Suites which was a big upgrade.
