Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites

The hotel was nice for the price, especially the amenities. I like the microwave and fridge. I'd give it 4 stars out of 5 because of my experience after the outage. I had initially booked 2 nights but only stayed one. Power was lost 15 minutes before I left for work on my first morning, so not much of an inconvenience, nor the fault of the hotel. The problem was when I returned to the hotel after work and the power was still out. I'm still not blaming the hotel, the problem was that I was initially refused a refund for my second night. I had to write to management to get it back. Since I booked through Hotels.com, it was a second level that I had to communicate with for my refund. Ultimately, I was refunded my second night and I all was made right, but it was more work than it should have been for me to get that refund. Bottom line, I'd stay again.

MY STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE RATE WAS REASONABLE. HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND CLOSE PROXIMITY TO LOCAL SHOPS AND AIRPORT. I MISSED MY ORIGINAL FLIGHT OUT AND IMMEDIATELY WENT BACK TO THIS HOTEL FOR ANOTHER NIGHTS STAY, WHICH WAS JUST AS COMFY.

Hotel is very clean and the workers were pleasant. I checked in after midnight and although there was no shuttle at that time, it is a quick Uber ride.

There where doors slamming, people arguing in the hallways, and banging on the walls

When I arrived the parking was right there at no charge. The guest service agent was very nice and totally accommodating. The ro was spacious and clean it also had a a mine frig and microwave. For the price and the awesome service this was a win for me!

Nice and efficient check in. Nice accommodations
