This hotel was pretty dirty. Our room had a dirty toilet and the bedding on the fold out was super dingy and dirty. Not happy with the condition of the hotel.

We noticed how dusty the lamp was and left a note on day 1 if a 3 night stay blown away with the lack of cleaning qnd attention to details in this hotel not worth the money we spent will not repeat or recommend this place

Don’t do it.

We did not get to stay at this hotel. I called to verify that my room would be waiting for us when we arrived because we would be arriving late. It was 6:15pm when I called and we arrived at 11:30pm. I was then informed that my card on file had been declined and my room was released, they were sold out and they could not accommodate us. I stated that I had called after 6pm to verify and was not told there was a card issue or I would have rectified that. He said “I don’t have anything available so I don’t know what to tell you”. There was no apology. There was no phone call or notification that this happened and we spent the next two hours looking for a hotel with vacancy. We have three kids that needed somewhere to sleep and the LEAST they could have done was give me a call and let me know there was an issue.

Disappointed with stay and service

The room was not clean to our standards. The bedding looked dirty, didn't match, had lumps, and the pillows were much too flat. The refrigerator and windows had mold around the edges and the bathtub was dirty. When we reported it to the front desk, they begrudgingly offered to put us in another room. The condition in that room was equally as bad as the first if not worse.

Rooms need cleaned/maintenance

The room was dirty. The chairs were covered in stains, mold on bathroom wall, couch cushions were stained on seams - the couch back was ripped and missing we ended up finding it under the couch bed. The floors were so dirty that my son Put on his new white socks and walked into bathroom- they were filthy when he returned to his bed. The staff was friendly and the room size/price was good and the neighborhood was good. We will not stay here again.

Enraged & Ready for War

Both highway exits giving access to the hotel…we’re entirely blocked due to road construction. Due to how exhausted we were, we simply were forced to stay at a Days Inn a few exits down. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS HORRIBLE INCONVENIENCE OR I’LL BE FORCED TO SAVAGE YOUR “service” APP on social media and to the FTC & Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter (your BS charge has left my account w/o enough to pay for tonight’s room…and if not for the grace of a manager who took pity on us in our hour of need…we’d still be on I40 dodging the tornado-cells). Looking forward to a prompt resolution of this matter.
