Everyone was nice and let us know about where to eat.

Everything was great until the checkout ...it was very cold outside and the lady that was running the front desk I think her name was Beth. I came back inside leaving my items that I had on the push dolly and I had asked her nicely if we could sit in the lobby and wait for our ride to show up to pick us up and there was nobody in the lobby at the time and there was only two of us she said due to covid we wasn't able to sit inside. I just feel like that was kinda rude and cruel cause one of my friends was 5 months pregnant and all we wanted to do was stay warm and comfortable until our ride showed up. I mean we paid $84 for our stay and if no one is around the lobby I feel that we should have been able to sit inside and wait for our ride regardless of covid it was still being socially distant from the staff and other guest.

The first room we had when we went to bed one of the beds seemed to have a damp sheet. Top bedding was completely dry. We were moved to another room on the top floor. Everything was fine after. We reported our problems the next morning and attendant apologized for our inconvenience . We had a nice breakfast and left. Newly renovated we noticed.

I wasn’t particular happy with stay

It was within 1/4 mile from freeway, easy excess for all my needs.

Clean and friendly and very convenient. Would stay here again.

First of all I was sick and had to cancel our reservations plus there we’re people in the family who tested positive for Covid and I called to cancel only to find out I won’t be getting my money back. Totally unacceptable

Room was clean, furnishings were adequate and breakfast was provided. The location is accessible to I-74, casino was about 3.miles away, and several dining options were located nearby.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Try one of the others in town.
