Comfort Inn & Suites Airport-American Way

It was horrible room’s wasn’t like they showed online! Looks very old! Kids playing around up down the hall way that stay there! Man was in front with gun talking crazy...bed nasty room not clean nasty floors it was horrible if it wasn’t so late we would hve not stayed...it was horrible. They should have refunded us and closed this place down. The elevator was horrible and the outside was very scary. We met a lady that supposed to have stayed 3days was leaving the same time as I was leaving. We paid way to much for thismess next tome we will stay in Germantown,Tn(Memphis,tn still)

The TV had a wire loose or something. One of the bedside lamps blew out. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Hotel is in extremely bad shape. Multiple holes in the carpet, holes and stains in the couch, unidentified stains on the walls. If we had not just drove for 8 hours we would have found another location. Overall feel was just filth and neglect.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. You get hit in face upon walking into the lobby with a cloud of weed smell. The keys to our room led to a party room that was thrashed and our joining room had yellow stains all over the bed. Filthy hairs all over the bed and bathroom, oh and no toilet paper. Absolutely did not feel safe and was horrible to sleep there but we had just driven 10 hours and we’re exhausted

It wasn’t very clean. The room had the worst beds I ever tried to sleep on. We’re pretty sure they had women on the night working out of there. Not in a very good part of town.

Common areas pretty dirty. Shuttle service which was advertised as 24/7 was not and cost me $25 for a taxi. I would not stay there again.

Check in was easy, the room was very comfortable and clean. The only downside was we didn't know before booking we'd have to pay extra to park around the corner at a parking garage. Otherwise, the stay was great.

The room was nice and neat. For the price it was definitely worth it. Nice staff.

I didn't sleep good the night I stayed. There were teenagers rooming across from that that were extremely loud and having a party.

Do not recommend this place at all. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. The mini fridge still had food in there from Previous guests. The couch had stains all over and it was so dirty. The desk smelled like urine. Ridiculously expensive for a crappy quality.
