Super 8 by Wyndham Portland Airport

My disappointment was, due to COVID-19 no breakfast. No airport shuttle. We should have been told prior. Only 5 staying yet only room available was third floor , no elevator. Room was clean, basic cheap one nighter hotel. It was quiet, easy to sleep. The evening clerk was very helpful getting us documents needed to go

Have stayed here multiple times. Front desk is awesome! Friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this particular site.

Close to ikea, clean, nice, good WiFi. Comfortable bed, hot shower. No breakfast. At all. That was frustrating.

I don’t remember his name but the front desk person, was very friendly and helpful with check in and assisting with an obnoxious beeping smoke detector. It kept beeping eVRY 5-10 minutes. Like either the unit was broken or there was a glitch somewhere in the fire suppression system. He removed the offending unit with my permission. I was ok with that, I didn’t want to keep hearing that noise. Thank you for breaking the law for my comfort. He did try to fix by putting a battery in but it kept beeping. My anxiety would have been on high, having to hear that all night

The first room had fleas but we switched rooms it was okay needed to be vacuum I will not book again

I got bed bug bites. I am not sure if it was the bed or they got onto my sweater from the chair. But my whole upper body is covered in bites :(

Overall the room was kinda clean, the toilet was not clean for sure, I’m not sure if they forgot to clean it. The bed had some weird smell (smell like if they didn’t wash the blankets, and the pillow covers. Also there was hair in the bed. The rest of the room was clean. And the hallway smell like weed. The check in was fast and the receptionist was nice!

Front desk was helpful and courteous in check in/out and with a couple of questions offering good local knowledge answers.

The room is look too old. The bed isn’t comfortable. The electric heater is old and smelly.

No shuttle All the clerk was saying that it was up to the manager. Smelling like cigarettes as soon as you enter.
