Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis Westport

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and were wearing masks most of the time. However, upon check-in they charged my credit card for the full room rate. When I called the front desk after checkout, they "had no record" of the charge and are making me file a complaint with my credit card company! Unacceptable!

We reserved a one-bedroom suite and were assigned Room 406. Although we were assured that the room faced away from the highway, in fact the room faced diagonally out to the highway and we had loud tractor-trailer noise all night. Worse, there were serious housekeeping and maintenance issues. The room was really dirty - the kitchen utensils, countertop and table were greasy, the room was dusty, and the windows were smeared as if they had been cleaned with a dirty rag. The toilet ran constantly, and loudly.

The hotel room was very large and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen with a couch and two beds. There were several places to eat nearby and my family of 5 ate pizza in the room. The only negative was that we were told there would be a grab and go breakfest when we checked in. In the morning the girl working said that the grab-n-go breakfast were on back order. They did have oatmeal and some granola bars......but I thought the hotel should have offered more. I would stay again but if this sort of things continues to happen that would impact my decision to stay at this hotel chain.

We was there for a memorial service & I just had knee surgery so the living area was excellent for me to rest & recover during this trip. Having a kitchen, full fridge, real dishes & utensils was priceless during this trip also. Only thing I’d change is slip proof strips in the shower, shower floor was very slick.

Hotel is good. Room is very nice. Dissatisfied about pool and staff knowledge under the circumstances. Pool area had window break. They shut it down...but then did not inform guest on reopen and we couldn't use it as under COVID rules it had to be scheduled and we were not informed of this. Pretty upset about this.

The pool is open with reservations, we did not receive the room we paid for (they did try to make it right). Place is clean, staff friendly. Only fruit and oatmeal and granola bars for breakfast due to covid-19. Also no coffee in lobby because of covid, but they will give you extra coffee for room at front desk.

This was a great hotel stay! Very clean and staff was friendly! Would definitely stay here again! Very close to all the attractions in St.Louis and close to the airport! My family and I loved this stay!

I had a great stay

Customer service is good, breakfast is grab and go, but there were no milk bottles, yogurt or even any kind of juices. I as actually expecting a better grab n go breakfast.
