The jacuzzi heater was broken. The guy said the hotel would fix it when they got some more money. There were bugs in the jacuzzi everyday. They ran out of water bottles for sale and I was told to drink the water from the faucet it’s the same water. I told housekeeping to come back in an hour and they never did. Our room phone was out of service, the front desk said they would send maintenance which never came.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property was quaint and tucked away. It was close to the main plaza where all the restaurants and bars were but you werent too bothered by the music come night time...it was convenient

Terrible experience they woke us up at 9am the first day with an alarm, they didn't have any water to drink not at the room service neither at the mini bar they only ofer u water frome the pipe. No eggs at the breakfast u have 2 pay for them separatly

Arrival: Welcoming was ok, fast checkin. Just confirm if you have Contential or buffet breakfast. Depending on the package you bought or if the booking comes with complementary breakfast as you cannot switch between both during the stay. After that it was beautiful sunrises & sunsets. During: The staff is very friendly & helpful. We stayed there for 5 Nights. Overall great place will stay again. Updated room, large tv, nice shower. Get a room if available to the south/S East as you can get nice sunrise & sunsets from your balcony.

Hotel was decent, not sure if it is still a Bonvoy Property, as being a platinum member did not give me an early check-in. Could not check-in until almost 5 PM, me an upgraded room. So all washed out in the end. It is a little deceptive, that the beach is a good 10-15 minute walk, or by their shuttle 5-6 minutes. Beach was ok, not like other properties on the island. Have been to Aruba multiple times, and should have checked out the property more thoroughly.

It's cheaper than the surrounding hotels in Noord. The staff was nice. I was there for work, so I was there mostly to sleep. I asked for a room in the back, away from the Mill Disco. It was quiet. What I really didn't like was the polyester stuffed pillows, comforter, even the bedspread was not cotton. It made the nights uncomfortably hot. Maybe that's just me!

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Pool area was well kept.

Loved that it was on the first floor and newly remodeled. I despised the staff. They were incompetent, lazy, and rude. They just didn't care. With the exception of the waitress that covered the meals at the bar. She was very nice and friendly.
