Clean and comfortable. Good location next to interstate. Amazing Asian restaurant in the parking lot.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and personable!

The front desk clerk. First couldn’t find our reservation. Second told us he didn’t have a room with two beds. Third told us Hotels.com will promise things they can not provide. Finally gave us a room. The room was great

Overall, our stay was not too bad but there were some frustrating things. We stayed from Fri night to Wednesday an din that time we did not have room service visit once. We had to request more towels and minor toiletries. Not sure if this is the new policy due to Covid-19 or not but it was very disappointing. I would be willing to try this hotel again at a later time because I think most of our frustrations were due to temporary changes based on Covid. The staff was kind and helpful, the room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Food, shopping and access to highways were great. Overall we would give it 7/10 and would go back for another visit

Front desk gentleman extremely polite and helpful. Because I booked Expedia didn’t get free breakfast and did not know that until I got there. Hotel room clean but not hallways. Looked like they had not vacuumed in a while and not overcrowded with people.

Well they only gave us one bed when paid for 2 beds and there wasnt anymore rooms. They were super friendly though.

The hotel was very nice and even had a sticker on the door stating that it had been properly sanitized for our protection during this time. However, when we got into the room there was blue used toothpaste on the towel hat was hanging up! Very disturbing to see!!

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable slept well. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you Matt gor getting our Breakfast vouchers to us.

Great location easy to get to. I’m used to having a bed made with nice smooth covers and no lumps or bumps in layers under top quilt cover. It didn’t look like bed was made when I saw that! I also sat on chair that had large nail clippers. The price was great but the room was a bit rushed in preparing for next guest. Otherwise outside the room it was perfectly clean and lovely spacious room!
