Good place to stay Friendly staff and clean Well stay again

I had A real great time the location was right where I wanted it to be!

Nice property. Perfect location. Right across from the casino. Nice and welcoming. I rated the way I did because our next door and upstairs neighbors were extremely loud all night and all morning. They walked hard and slammed doors. I woke up in the morning with a headache because my sleep was constantly broken from their noise. Even through the earbuds I slept with. Two people were talking about going to the casino. Well can you please leave already, dammit!? 😡 Someone kept lighting incense in the next room and there was fresh cut hair all over our bathroom floor. The mold/mildew in the windows was definitely an allergen for us, too. Aside from the mold/mildew, which is a health hazard, these things happen. I do understand that and would stay again. Next time, I may just be "that person" and say something.....😐

Value for the price paid. Compared to other hotels near the casino this one is top notch

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Wish the pools and hot breakfast could open back up.

All was well except the people above. I could hear them moving around all night, at least until 2am. I am a light sleeper and there is no buffer between the floors. Other than that all was well. Check in easy. Room clean and comfortable.

We received a room on the first floor with a view of the noisy parking lot. After seeing the room we immediately asked for a change and was told "no" becahse we booked through a third party - your website.

This was a last minute gambling destination (5 days in advance) due to gulf coast dealing tropical storms. Lobby was freshly painted but no amenities due to Covid. Scaled down "included" breakfast was continental style. Staff was very nice and rooms were roomy, but not worth $189 a night in my opinion.

The room had a horrible smell. The pillows had a horrible smell. The mattresses were in bad shape. Gave me pain for 2 nights. Asked for another room was denied. Said they were booked. Terrible experience again. Will not recommend.
