Great value for location and amenities.

Great location. Stayed in the superior room. Was big clean and enjoyed the balcony. Staff was nice and helpful. Great place with good price.

Room was not very modern. AC had a terrible noose all night plus you could listen clearly to everything going on outside. Stayed for one night to have a good night sleep for traveling next day and couldnt sleep at all

The breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel was excellent. The room itself though, was dirty, very smelly, and the bathroom was far too small. As a four star, i would have expected it to at least have complimentary water, but the water was at least 4 euro from the mini bar to buy.

The Hotel Madrid Plaza Espana is a great boutique hotel directly on the Grand Via. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. I highly recommend this hotel

Being at the heart of the city is an advantage for the hotel, the reception is very polite and helpful. However, housekeeping needs to be more welcoming . bathrooms and Towels need to be renewed.

The property was very nice. Overall great location with larger than normal rooms for Europe. It was challenging to confirm reservation details - such as the request for twin beds. But other than that all good. I would stay there again.
