Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location very close to the beautiful centre of Valladolid - we would stay again without question

Very close to train station. Could walk everywhere.

Good position and friendly staff.Small problem with room heating

This hotel was convenient, classy, spacious, and clean. The front desk clerk was incredibly helpful in sharing information about the town, provided us a map, and helped in many other ways. Breakfast was worth the splurge as we enjoyed a large buffet with a variety of Spanish samplings.

A good Melia hotel in a central location with relaxed atmosphere.

It was a very nice hotel stayed 3 times now but s very small restaurant and limited menu

Room is classic and warn, just some room facilities are not well maintained. The shower head is the most worst I have even see. Some concerns of room was covered with dust (rumor: hotel human resource was cut last year). However, it still a very nice hotel to stay. When reception knew I will do check-out at 4AM next morning, they prepared an awesome breakfast picnic pack to me, very heartwarming!! Due to my Malaga trip was extended, I re-booked a room after check-out in reception, and the room changed. I paid same price for the 2 rooms I stayed, but room space, the view out of window and some facilities are different. The room I booked via Expedia was much better than the re-booked one. Not sure if just coincidence or....but I will remember ALWAYS BOOK FROM EXPEDIA. (For another room I booked in reception, I will give 4 Stars rather than 5 Stars for overall scores)
