Inn at Golden Gate

חדרים פשוטים ובסיסים.ארוחת בוקר די עלובה. בסך הכל מלון למי שלא רוצה להשקיע הרבה ולהיות קרוב למרכז.החדר די נקי.ממוקם במקום טוב עם תחבורה קרובה.

Overall this hotel is excellent value. You can't get away from the fact it is a motel but they try really hard to make the rooms very comfortable. Toiletries, fridge, large tv all contribute. Rooms very large compared to city hotels. Front desk staff very obliging. The only negatives were : smell of damp when entering room (although no evidence), congregation of smokers on stairs outside room meant listening to all their conversations (this was only 1:3 nights). Suggestions for improvements a) make the stairs a no smoking /no congregating area and b) turn the ice machine off at night.

Overall great place to stay. Close to everything and the front office staff is great.

Lombard Street is a great location for sight-seeing in San Francisco. Crooked Street, Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower, Piers, Alcatraz & Presidio are all within walking distance. The hotel was comfortable, rooms quite small but we were out most of each day. The staff were courtious & very helpful. I would definitely stay again. Not a hotel like ours at home more a motel. Fresh fruit, tea, coffee, orange juice, croissants, muffins are available each morning. Great set-up for busy days ahead.

The location is great! The parking is limited so be prepared to park on the street.
