Novotel Suites Hamburg City

Best service and stay experience here. I would be happy to refer this location. Our room was well kept when we arrived. Very near to central station.

Very conveniently located. The rooms are spacious and cater for all needs.

Unfriendly reception staff. Extremely basic tools, very tired, needs upgrading. Bathrooms clean.

Large, comfortable room for a family stay. A little away from sights but easily reached by u-bahn station across the road. Friendly staff.

Service was weak. They didnt have enough slippers. Teas and Coffees in the room were for one person only. They should leave these careless actions. You have to pay 15 euros extra for parking slot. What can i do with my car, lets burn it. On the other hane room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The staff were helpful, always smiling. You can go everywhere by foot if you like walking.

Centrally located next to main HAW Hamburg University campus, also close to the berliner tor station which has many different lines which is convenient for travel. Breakfast is very yummy with GLUTEN FREE and LACTOSE free options (just ask staff) and also a wide variety of meats, cereal, fruit, bread, coffee/tea, jams/honey, boiled eggs, etc. fitness room is small but does the job. rooms are clean and spacious. staff knows decent english, enough for communication. would overall recommend this place !!

Suite configuration of the rooms - perfect for our family of 4.

We stayed in Novotel Suite Hannover for one night & it was amazing & on the way back we stay over night in Novotel suites in Hamburg expected same like in hannover city. The hotel was nice. Inside is big enough for 4 people (3 adulta and 1-7yo- kid). We parked on the Novotel parking area. Smells like toilet (pee).But inside the hotel is nice. We stayed on the second floor room #200something. The AC didn't work n my husband called the receptionist ask how to turn the AC on& she said they turn the whole building with heater so the AC didnt work. So since we have 4 people in the room it was hot so we decided open the windows and guess what it was sooooo noice with the traffic a whole night. We tried to sleep because we have to leave early than ignored the noisy traffic. Then between 5am to 5.30am the dump truck came it was horrible noise and i tooks 10 minutes i think... then another trash truck came in at 6.30ish. We slept at 11.30pm and woke up at 5am. Our plan leave the hotel at 10 it didn't happen since everybody awake we left the hotel at 7.30 and drive all the way to Denmark. It was not good experience. We totally disappointed. Then we paid the parking area the front desk lady said parking is €14 and we paid €18 from 8pm to 8am.. thats not a big problem i know parking is very expensive in Europe. I dont think we will stay again in that noisy hotel during the winter. The good thing in that hotel is close with bakery. Just cross the street there is a good baker
