Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa -Adults Only- All Inclusive

I booked the resort for 2 people and when I checked in they claimed it was Only for 1 and made me pay an extra $120. The food was so bland. The liquor choices were terrible. Deff will never come back here.

The room smelled, the staff didn't want to help with airport transfers. The alcohol wasn't good quality. The pool, gym and location were good.

The hotel was old and the rooms werent as nice as in the pictures ,but the service was very good and they were very friendly in general. If it wasnt for the staff i would never go back to that hotel

I would not recommend this Hotel at all , the service and food is bad , the hotel smells bad, in the rooms are mold . Is not taking care off at all

Beach is clean, no seaweed. Food is so-so. But I was so upset that the hotel charged me for extra $45US because my Henna tattoo was imprinted to the bed sheet. I would use the exact amount of money to spent in RIU instead of Golden, better food, newer, good view, convenient.

The hotel is older and shows it age. They paint and caulk over old paint and caulking and the fit and finishes were lacking. There was no hot water. There was a lukewarm trickle. when you turn on the faucet there was a light coffee color burst before the clear water emerged. Occasionally there was a whiff of sewage in our room. The staff was generally wonderful. They worked hard to keep the place clean and Covid19 clean

Worst hotel ever!!!! this was a nightmare, I stayed there one night and thank god I cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else next day. Pictures are very false and misleading. The staff was very nice and Attentive but the food was awful, water down drinks and shower and faucet water were brown color, sheets smelled like mold dew and there was a cat making noises around 1am 😒, please run from this place. I wasted one entire day of my precious vacation at this awful hotel...

The property was in general disrepair. The room I had was ocean front jacuzzi and was in disrepair as well.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel activities were very fun. The food was very mediocre. Only 3/4 dinner restaurants were open during our stay and they alternated days so only 1 or 2 were open each night. The rooms definitely needed a face lift. They were constantly doing repairs to the hotel so maybe they’ll get to updating the rooms next.
