Super 8 by Wyndham St. Augustine Beach

Large room. Missing couch in King room. Clean. Plenty of towels.

Check in was quick, the room was clean and the staff is very friendly, good location also.

Very unprofessional and rude. Informed the front desk that we were uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe with a few trucks with persons drinking alcohol in their lot. We were watched the entire time we unloaded our overnight bags. Front desk did nothing to address our concerns so we cancelled our room. There was no furniture in our room besides the bed, desk, and tv stand. Not worth the price, especially with outdoor access to rooms.

The room was clean, the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold and mildew all around the shower where the wall meets the floor and along the bottom of the walls in general. There were spider webs with spiders in the bathroom. The lobby was locked day and night, no breakfast was offered though their website said there would be. The location was great but not sure I'd stay here again.

Asked them about stay extra hours past checkout then decide to call the police on us to force us to pay for a full-day where we don't plan to stay overnight so basically paid $120 for one night when it supposes to be $60.

The floor could’ve been swept better. Since tile, there was dirt all over. Didn’t like having to wipe our feet before getting into the bed or putting our shoes on. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

It was decent except the phone in my room did not work-Room 221. Also, I could not check-in early. The woman while nice, seemed to want to go to lunch. She told me the building is being pressure washed but when she returned 1hr later the building was still being pressure washed. I waited outside the hotel for an hour waiting to check-in. The room was clean, comfy bed if you're not picky. The location is only 10 minutes from the city center. I came to see the Nights of Lights.

Well, the room smelt stale and towels were not the cleanest. There was hair wrapped around one towel. Ac unit was making noises while running. Just didn’t get that hotel feeling at all. The hotel was very dated as well.

Dirty, rude, disappointing

The check in staff was not very friendly. My wife and I are both over 60 years old with mobility issues. We were assigned a secobd floor room with no elevator. We thought about asking for a first floor room, but did not feel comfortable asking the rude staff member. The hotel amenities on your site indicate that there is a breakfast offered. No breakfast was available so I had to walk up the street to get stale muffins and OJ fron the gas station. The bed was very uncomfortable. On a plus side the hotel is with in walking distance to the fishing pier and beach. There are tons of great restaurants nearby.
