Magnuson Hotel Park Suites

Got down for breakfast about 845. Me and another family. Only then did woman at desk "restock". Should not even advertise it. It was weak

Nice hotel. Seems a bit dated, but was clean and had nice furniture/bed. Front desk seems all business, little talk. No decent breakfast apparently due to covid, except grab & go, which was very cheap, packaged, microwaveable food. This location was, fortunately, near decent fast food & sit down restaurants.

The room was clean. Ambiance was nice. The pillows were horrible tho. We stayed during the snow-apocalypse of Dallas. They had running water and electricity.

I really appreciated having a place to stay! The heat in the room was great and adjustable. The water pressure was amazing especially for a hotel. The hotel is a gem. Staff were accommodating to guest and helped all of us in crisis. I booked the room sight unseen and was not familiar with it. It allowed me to continue to work from home with the consistent WiFi in the room. Hotel was a breath of fresh air! Definitely would recommend.

Upon walking into the hotel it reeked of Maryjane ( to each their own but trying to explain the smell to my 6 yr old wasnt fun) Within 15 minutes of checking into the hotel room the hotel lost power. We stayed anyways because it was a late check in around midnight. Woke up to our room being 50 degrees. When I went to check out before I even said anything the woman at the front desk said if I was looking for a refund they wouldn't be giving any out. She was very rude.

This hotel was great and the employees were very nice and professional.
