Nice Lobby! Crappy Room!

The lobby and the frint of the hotel was very clean. The room was not. The shower and the floor in the bathroom was disgusting. The AC made the room smell like mold. Only 1 lamp worked in the room. They didnt have working outlets . It was a big disappointment!

Was advised by staff prior to stay the elevator was not operable and they made adjustment to allow first floor room which was greatly appreciated as we are older! Thanks

I arrived at the hotel and immediately noticed a sign thst informed that the elevator was out of order...in a 4 story building this is unacceptable. The common areas were dirty, maybe thats understandable in a sold out hptel late in the day. I heard other guests asking for clean towels and the person at the counter said they were out and did not know when they would have any. In the morning the free breakfast was beyond disappointing. There was maybe a dozen sausage patties, no eggs, green bananas, packaged bagels like you would get in a vending machines, and not a whole lot else if you didn't want waffles. Lastly, during the breakfast time it appeared that one of the managers/associates had there family and friends there eating, which maybe explains the lack of food and nobody paying any attention to the food service area.

Womp.

Honestly, as I got here there were people stuck in the elevator and about 10 firefighters in the lobby trying to get them out. The check in girl was nice but was tied up with this so it took a while just to get checked in and to my room. The microwave didn’t work and could only run if you unplugged the fridge first. Blinds were broke. Cable went in and out all night. There is a green line that runs down the tv. After all the renos that they did with this hotel, they still can’t get it right.

Nice convenient location! The elevator was not operable which did affect our use but understand things happen beyond our control! Would highly recommend!

Good enough for this time....

The room seemed clean however there were a few droplets of blood on the sheets. I was giving new sheets to replace and then the second bed had dirt on it.

Good choice!

Hotel is mostly updated. 4 stars only because carpet could be vacuumed... hallways were pretty sloppy, but the room was great! Good breakfast options but nothing was repmenished and there was an hour left for breakfast 👎 Price was good!

Total Dump

This place is an absolute dump. Upon entering the hotel, there was a housekeeper who was loudly chatting on the phone. When she was done with her phone call she started playing music videos or something with the volume still loud. The two desk clerks were distracted by a needy customer and seem to ignore us for 20 minutes while we waited to check in. There was no ice machine, rather one of the clerks took me to a freezer that had a bag of ice that was frozen solid which I had to break apart in order to get enough ice to fill a bucket. Once we entered the room, we found all types of hairs in the bathroom on the floor on the counter, and even a few stray ones in the bed. The blind to the window that faced the parking lot was broken. There was no breakfast as advertised, rather they were offering a grab-and-go that didn't start until after 7:00 a.m.

Outside noises present. Room above ours sounded like elephants walking around and running. Elevator was trashy . You get what you pay for here.

Weekend stay
