Fraser Suites Glasgow

Excellent comfortable property and welcoming staff. Only minor comment would be the WiFi was a bit slow and the TV could do with updating.

Great stay at the Fraser suite apartments, the apartment was clean and cosy. Staff are very helpful and friendly, I always book here when away for a few days, never had a bad experience.

Conveniently located, but rooms shabby, in need of renovation, and not at all like the photographs on the eBookers listing. I won’t be staying again, as there are plenty more modern rooms available in Glasgow at the same rooms rates as Fraser Suites.

In need of refurb and poor housekeeping

Suite was spotless, as usual. The herd of elephants pogoing in the suite above us ruined our sleep though which in turn ruined our stay.

So so disappointed! We use Malmaison hotels regularly but this was not on a par. We booked one bedroom suite for ourselves & teenage daughter, believing that the sofa was in fact a sofa bed!?! Told by frosty receptionist that we would have to purchase another room for my daughter as room only takes 2 people! Very misleading!! We were only using this as a stopover for evening party celebration in the city. Not comfortable & didn’t feel clean. Sorry we stayed here. Won’t be back!!

Have to give this hotel, as great a location as it is in, an incomplete as we stayed during the beginning of the European, then UK travel ban. It was stressful. Staff tried to remain professional but I sensed an unmistakable strain that showed up by them missing room cleaning and taking care of simple requests. Never suggested a refund for a partial stay. I would love to come back here when times are stable again.

Nothing what so ever wrong with this property.. ideal location easy to walk to local restaurants and to the middle of the city
