I was there for a couple nights. Good location, very clean and neat building and condo itself. One little thing for me was there are no USB plugs. I only had a cable to charge my phone since every hotel offers that. But that’s very minor

I do like the check in process. I think it would be nice to have information about what resources and entertainment is available in community. Perhaps your marketing team could put together an electronic brochure and include where to find a grocery store, restaurants, and local shops and entertainment in that community to send to your guest. Loved the location. Loved not having to deal with people and easy check in. They attempt okay to give luxury perks - extra space and linens were wonderful but the shower head was pretty lame for what the place says to offer & the perks provided through their actual site “The Mint House” like ability order a head to stock fridge with favorites would have been nice to have as an option when booking through Expedia that wasn’t available. The address was wrong from the email communication vs the text too - one listing N and one listing S. I was glad we caught that otherwise we would have had to fork out an extra Uber ride. Overall I’d stay again though, just fix that shower head and the address info. We used delivery service a lot due to the proximity to options which was wonderful too!

The privacy was fantastic, the open feel, the cleanliness, the friendly staff member we seen daily. My dislikes were the cold metal chairs, and I would have like to have had another comfortable chair as the one that was there. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The comfort was unbelievable. The stay was a solid 10 out of 10!

We were in town for a family wedding. Mint House was so much better than a hotel room. Shared a 2 bedroom/2 bath with our adult daughter. Very spacious and clean. Was quiet and within walking distance of everything we needed.

It could be improved

Communication was mediocre, the building is cheaply made. The kitchen had so few dishes and silverware that I had to constantly clean. More stock would have made it much more convenient. Also a small supply of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent would have put the finishing touches on this place.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Clean, modern and the location was great. Convenient parking in the back of the building. I highly recommend.
