fix some of the small details ie missing stopper in sink grout to complete bathroom and it is a 5/5. Tell breakfast lady to cook sausages more or ands american cheese with eggs. She was very clean though.

Enjoyable stay

Room was very clean and bathroom was exceptionally clean, bed was neat and orderly. My room key didn't work for the first room but management was very helpful and changed my room, very helpful and courtious.

This is a quiet, clean economy hotel that gets the job done. Our toilet was running all night, but I asked for service the following morning and it was done promptly. Front-desk folks were pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfy. We will stay here again next Thanksgiving.

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Good clean room. Very friendly welcoming staff. The only issue we had was an EXTREMELY noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We notified management as we checked out.

Just not very clean and more than anything it’s just run down and old. I actually was scheduled to stay another night and checked out 1 day early and didn’t care about a refund. Bathtub had rust bed very uncomfortable plastic pillows old and worn linen. The entry door looked like it was from the seventies. I know it’s not a five star hotel but it needs a serious renovation. I’m a ex military man and I told my wife it I had a tent I would surely use it.

Nice clean room but breakfast was pathetic.

Nice hotel overall. Clean and functional. But I will never stay at a Comfort Inn (or any of it’s affiliates) again. My “included” breakfast was a joke. I was handed a little brown bag with a breakfast bar, and a sausage sandwich to microwave. How pathetic. I travel constantly (I’m a travel director) and most all hotels are offering at the minimum some type of grab and go buffet. Fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. To use the pandemic as a way to rip off the guests and try to make money (my room price was not lower) is so sad. Never again.

Very nice.

Everything was very good. Except some guy knocked on my door at 2:29 a m . Room was very clean and nice. Am desk clerk helped me unlock my door. Never got a receipt from check in. I would come back. Thank you.
