Best Western Roseville Inn

The room was nice, roomy, and clean. The beds were super comfortable. On the downside, the staff wasn't super friendly. We had to ask for a roll of TP, when the one currently in the bathroom was mostly gone. This part is probably due to the partial lockdown situation, but the breakfast was all pre-packaged sugary stuff, and I had to ask the girl to show me what each item was, because I wasn't allowed to touch them, and she didn't speak much English. The coffee was good, however. I suppose they are doing the best they can.

Used location in past repeated.Pricr Lication.Yet do not like to not getting my Deposit credit quicker in Timely Fashion 3 Business days.This being Friday will not see release of my Card. credit This until Wednesday of next week.This is veryunreasonable.With me being a Older Senior Citizens of Orbit customer this still happens to customers.That are especially older Mature Senior Citizen's me at age 68 years old plus.apkus a 3 A card holder and member of AMA.Then Orbit also.

We didn't even stay nor did we even get the chance to check in. I actually called ur customer service number and the women worker told me that she would give me a full refund but still haven't received it yet.

Not very impressed with service.. girl that checked us in was not wearing a mask. She did not tell us that bag breakfast ended at 9am.. went to get breatfast at 9:15 a

Well the pool is being redone and the construction can be a pain to deal with. And even when checking in a 12 midnight or 1am they demand your out by 11am or are charged $50.

A lot better than the hotel just down the street from which I transferred from due to bad atmosphere and rooms that were not comfortable.

Positives: Location was in the needed area. Negatives: Staff adamantly refused to give me a copy of paperwork which they required me to sign = Highly unprofessional/suspicious. (Did they perhaps plan to change something AFTER the document was signed?) Staff were difficult about giving me a receipt, even after I had paid in full. Unexplained charges appeared on the bill... What is a "bid assessment"? What is a "California Tourism Assessment"? ...and why are either of those chargeable to the customer?

Sheet underneath the bed sheet was disgusting and covered with stains!

The back section where my room was was filthy. Cigarette butts all over the stairs and walk ways. Tv looked like it was snowing. Terrible reception.

Nice big room with comfortable beds, updated room and nice amenities.
