Very quiet rooms. Even being near the main road I could not hear the cars. Easy check in. Easy check out.

My non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was ok.

Toilet clogged with poop and toilet paper upon checkin

Good amenities for the price.

Unfortunately this was not a good stay, somehow I accidently booked the wrong Best Western in Santa Cruz, and the differences between the two were quite alarming. This property had all exterior entrances to guestrooms, which is fine, however you have to go down a dark corridor to the back rooms which made me feel unsafe. Not ideal for a female traveling alone. Once in the room, I found a note detailing the extra cleaning steps for COVID19, wonderful. Except the remote control and all surfaces were sticky to the touch (not cleaned). I also discovered a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower from the previous guest, and the washcloth hanging as a new towel, was also soiled. For the price ($145) I felt the room was more equivalent to a Motel 6 experience.

When we walked into the room we quickly discovered that the room was not ready As the sheets were unmade and the towels were dirty. They took care of it right away though so it really wasn't an issue and I would still stay here again. Besides that the room was of good quality.

The room had plenary of space , front seat staff was excellent.. The jet tub was dirty ! And there was a dirty sock in the room.. I got the room for the tub , but after I had to clean it myself o had second thoughts about using it .

I loved that it had a jetted tub which was NICE AND WORKING. Everything was super clean & there were no problems. Will continue to come here for my trips!!!
