Stayed in a spacious and comfortable standard loft, that was clean, decorated very nicely and had a view of the city. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. Parking in a tiny parking lot at the back of the building is available for €16. No issues at check-in or check-out.

Cosy, modern and helpfull

Great location and the comfort was great. Very helpfull staff that made sure we got food even if the kitchen was officially closed. All in all a great weekend in Arnhem due to the responsive staff and great room.

Perfect location!

Hotel is located across the Central Station in Arhem, easy parking, easy access to all city center. Hotel is cozy, clean and comfortable, we had a great time.

The location was unbeatable--steps from Central Station. Nice restaurant attached. The property is being renovated in some areas but our room was clean, beautiful and well appointed. Luxurious towels, linens, bathrobe, slippers along with well chosen decor made for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Kitchenette was well designed and had everything we needed for a 9 day stay that we extended to 12. The shower was large and beautiful. The large deep bathtub was a treat in the Netherlands! A well designed hotel room with amazing views out over the city. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) was extremely friendly and welcoming but also respectful and responsive to any questions or needs. Wifi excellent. This hotel was able to offer everything one would expect from a higher-end hotel without feeling 'corporate'. Top-rated experience!

simple but good room, outstanding bathroom

We had a very nice stay. The standard room was simple and not very big but had everything we needed. The bathroom was just outstanding. lovely shower, beautifully designed and enough space to freshen up with 2 people at the same time.

Africans in an African room - pleased.

Overall it was an amazing stay. A bit tight for four people with bags in that room, but we managed. If it had a sleeper couch that could easily open and close when needed that would have been better. Two single beds were placed together which made moving around tricky. Fantastic position with fantastic staff.
