Best Western Plus Dakota Ridge

...the grab and go breakfast was sub-par. Rather than something substantial like muffins and bananas, there was a small, wrapped pastry that looks like airline snack fare. I also had a cup of mandarin oranges. All told, maybe half of what I usually consider a "breakfast" to be. There was no coffee available in the lobby, we returned to our room and used the one-cup-at-a-time brewer there. Room was clean and spacious, but the hotel is close to the highway so there is some noise from that. We stayed on a Wednesday and the rate was cheap, parking plentiful and lots of restaurant choices in the area. We would stay again, but since the rooms have a fridge and microwave we'll probably bring some breakfast items with us next time.

Stay was very average. Nothing great but nothing wrong either. Good for a one night business trip. Good location for dining options. Easy access to main roadways.

Location to everything I want. The room was clean, but closet doors where broken and had to move. The tub drain was very closely draining. The furniture was old, torn and need to be repaired. The window treatments where very dirty..

I was able to checkin early with no additional fees! Was really great and much needed after a long flight

Empty hotel but gave us a room where pets are allowed. Family allergic to pets. Started sneezing. Did not recognize what was going on till late night.

The bathroom/toilet was dirty & stained. We requested it be cleaned-even offered to do the work but was told they didn’t have assistance to help or product

Great hospitality the front desk clerk upgraded our room due to waiting so long for our reservation to come through from Expedia

Pretty bad service was non-existent from most desk people...maids were pleasant. exhaust fan worked but groaned and squealed to start for minute or two. asked for maintenance to check it after 5 days They listened and then said it was normal. AC was loud when it kicked in but it worked. To get room made up I had to ask maids directly....desk had nothing but excuses....No breakfast though it was advertiised ....COVID COVID COVID was part of every excuse

The gal at check in was very nice and everything went smoothly. Upon getting to my room and going to put a few things in the frig, I found it full of someone else's food! And the frig was definitely not clean! The carpet had not been vacuumed very well as there were spots of something on the floor. There is no breakfast as the room is closed off (COVID) but there is no sign indicating if they offer any to-go options and there was no one at the front desk when I went to check out so I will never know the answer to that question. The rest of my stay was great; bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.
