Pro’s: - location, location, location so close to beautiful californien beach - very friendly staff - clean, nice bed and decent shower Con’s: - noisy - WiFi sucks - Bathtub in room called w/ bathtub is more like a pediluve. - No coffee or tea in the room

The room was perfect! Check in was great and we were in Heaven for the stay! Thank you!

I understand that there is a global pandemic for sure. However everything we asked for we were told no. The local is right across the street from the beach and that was the only saving grace. Parking was awful if you have an SUV or similar size good luck. they are replacing furniture and all the workers park in the parking lot. My SO came down from San Diego and we could only park one car we didn't have an option to even pay for additional parking. We could have an early check in or a late check out. Literally 4pm check in and check out was 11am so 19 hours not even a full 24hour stay for over a $300 a night stay. We had access to the pool but only place to change was a unisex bathroom that everyone was using including the wort staff and it was only one stall. The rooms are small (Beach town)and no amenities. We could not use the bikes so when we found parking we had to give it up just to get anywhere. They ended up waving the resort fee but only after we asked.

The room are outdated and very dirty. I found toys and pretzel on the carpet from previous visitors!!! Location is great if you can live with the filt!!

Great location and pool was great. But our room smelled like mildew. Staff was great and very helpful. Parking was tough and they charge for it.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel it’s self was very much in renovation stages and was not a bit of luxury what so ever. The room I stayed in furniture was old and very used, everything in the room felt dingy except the bathroom floor which might have been recently updated. The place is in a great location however, I would inquire to see where the hotel is within its renovation. They described this hotel as luxury and was far from luxury and there should not have a resort fee... far from it.

This is a hidden gem of a hotel. Location 10+, 1 block from the beach. great local restaurants for all meals walking distance from the hotel. Parking is tight, but we literally parked our car, and walked everywhere. We'll definitely be back 1-2 times per year for future vacations.

I paid for an ocean view, they gave us a room below the level of the street.....needless to say, there was NO ocean view.

I’m sure it would have been better without Covid! Pool closed, no food, no bikes or umbrellas.
