Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort

Not impressed.

The place was pretty run down. It was a huge hotel , but needs some major upkeep done. Not very clean and had to go get towels and wash rags. Also have get took a $75 deposit that we will supposedly get back in 3 to 5 days!

Birthday weekend

Had a Birthday celebration with a few family members. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It is an older hotel, so it does show some signs of age. All in all it was a nice weekend and we would come back.

Disappointing stay over all

Front desk check in was nice. We stayed for 3 days no one told us there was no house keeping, And the trash was to be set outside of the roor in the morning. the front desk told us we missed it and would have to take trash to the dumpster our self's WOW. Construction on going starting at about 8AM lots of noise hard to stay asleep I know the covid is around but this place needs to work on customer satisfaction.

WACK!!

My family stayed for a total of 6 days were we had to change our rooms 2 times. The first 3 days we were there we were woken up by loud drills in the wall, hammering and banging we complained to front desk were they told us there was nothing they could do bc people own condos here and it could be them. The 3rd day we were woken up they finally changed our room after fussing to them several times. Our room had nats and roaches stains on sheets and absolutely NO ROOM SERVICE! They do not clean your rooms you will need to bring ur own cleaning supplies. You have to ask for towels and bring yours down to front desk. The ladies up front never talk they sit there looking stupid and when you speak to them they give you the least help so they don’t have to get out the chair. I would say stay somewhere else if you care about cleanliness and decent customer service.

My stay was pleasurable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Still waiting on my deposit to be refunded though.

We had a great stay!!

We had a great time, this is our second stay at the Hawaiian Inn and we’ll be back! The staff is super nice, the place is clean bc they are always cleaning it!
