Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel

The first room they gave me wasn’t cleaned, smelled bad, and had a container catching a drip from the ceiling. The next room was clean and generally acceptable, with the exception of a shower door that was misaligned and wouldn’t stay closed. I’ve been in worse and better for the money...

Got a suite wasn’t a suite one big room with 2 beds and a couch. No separation. Old hotel

Conveniently located. Clean rooms and basic amenities provided at reasonable rates.

This property was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. Within walking distance of food, mall, movie theater, etc.

Arrived early and wasn't allowed in my prepaid room for 2 hours even though I called day before. Just drove 13 hrs strait. Then $50 surprise fee for deposit. As I finally got keys to room the pool guy was there to close the pool for season Was 100 degrees outside. We were put on back side of building where ugly old campers were seen and had generators continually running. Had no breakfast unless you want stale bread and butter. Bar\restaurant hasn't been open or used in some time. No steam room or bellhop as advertised either. Restaurants next to it are closed down. Bed hard as a rock, Bathroom had some mildew and a lamp didn't work. Horrible place for a honeymoon. Do your homework before booking

I’m not sure if this review is fair s because the condition and service may be affected by this Covid Crap. Anyway, On the initial walk up there is nothing aesthetically pleasing about this place. I think we actually used the phrase “this place is a dump” several times. The front desk folk were nice though. The AC was broke in the room so it was insanely hot. There was no coffee or creamer or stir sticks and when my wife asked the house keepers for some (who had plenty of them on their carts) they flat out told her NO. No explanation just NO. We called asked for extra towels... never got the towels. The lights flickered off and on, the tv remote didn’t work unless you were right up next to it. The elevator had a smell that literally made us GAG. The pool was shut down the day after we got there “for the season” (despite it being 100 degrees all weekend). Stains on the bedding were prettt curious... if you thought about it too much you might not sleep... it was definite it our favorite hotel experiences oh and after waking up in the beds you kind of felt like you got beat up. Not to mention the scratchy throat you wake up with I’m guessing due to the disgusting filters in the broken AC unit. (No we do not have the china virus). Think twice and maybe a third time before staying here.

I never got to say at the best Western they were all booked when i showed up to check in. And no refund and i had to sleep in my car for the night so i wasn't happy at all!

Clean Hotel and friendly staff. i’ll definitely stay here in future.

The staff was very nice. It is just not the same at ANY hotel now days with Covid.

This was a very nice, recently renovated hotel at a great price. We needed something just outside of Boulder with an outdoor pool and this fit the bill. The staff was lean but very helpful. The place was clean and, although they couldn't do a full buffet breakfast, they sent all 5 of us away with breakfast bars, a banana and a bottle of juice!
