Courtyard by Marriott Easton-Columbus

Staff and room cleanliness was great but hotel going through renovation and there was workers, dust, and construction congestion everywhere.

This was our second time here, and we'll be back. We got in close to 1am and our check in was fast. Reception was ready for us. :) We slept late and left mid-morning after some strong coffee from the bar/restaurant. There was construction in the hotel, on our floor, which we thought might disturb us, but no problems! It is great to be in the Easton area when we only have one night in Columbus.

When I made the reservations through a booking company, I was told the hotel was under renovation. When I inquired about the use of the swimming pool, I was assured it would not be affected. However, upon checking in, I was told the swimming pool was not in use because of the renovations. We were permitted to use the pool at another hotel, but because of the frigid temperatures outside, we had to use my vehicle to get there and dress warmly. The hot tub at that hotel was also not working, but the pool was satisfactory. So we were disappointed....... And it definitely was not convenient.

Great hotel that is super convenient to Easton shopping. They were remodeling part of the hotel, so it was a little inconvenient. But overall our stay was great.

Front desk charged two different cards for the stay. Told me it was my responsibility to get it fixed. I booked rooms so they would be together. They were on two different floors. No apologizes were given. Parking was terrible. This is unfortunate because we do family Christmas shopping every year here.
